Insurance Plans
We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards for payments.
Some insurances, especially HMO insurance plans, require prior authorization. It is the patient's responsibily to contact their primary care doctor to obtain prior authorization.
We do not accept vision plans. Vision plans do not cover medical eye exams by a Physician.
